Vermont Legislation
The recent return of the Vermont Legislature has resulted in the introduction of several bills that require serious opposition by the Vermont shooting and hunting community.

Current Bills We Are Tracking Are As Follows:

  • H.124 - Prohibit Hi-Cap Mags, Background Checks at Gun Shows, duplicates Federal Law to keep felons from owning firearms, Dept of Mental Health must feed info to Background Check System, course required for concealed carry
